Hollywood News: Russell Brand & Katy Perry in "Massive" Fight, Source Says

No, seriously, it's bad. So much so that the spouses of a little more than one year parted on expletive terms and spent the holidays 7,000 miles apart.

After planning to fly her family via private jet to husband Brand's London hometown for the holidays, Perry changed course, opting to fly to Hawaii.

The reason? "They had a massive fight," an insider says. "She was like, 'F--k you. I'm going to do my own thing.' Russell replied, 'Fine, f--k you too.'"

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are so in a fight.

Which explains why, come December 25, the record-setting singer was seen splashing in the Pacific Ocean off the island of Kauai sans wedding ring.

Meanwhile, Brand was catching up with some pals in a pub in chilly Coverack, Cornwall, without his ring on either. They're definitely having problems.

"They haven't split up just yet, but things aren't good," acknowledged the source, adding that the divorce rumors are untrue, but rooted in reality.

"The fighting is getting worse."

At issue? Among other things, explains another source: "Katy doesn't think that Russell respects her parents' Christian beliefs or her friends."

Katy Perry and Russell Brand: It's Over!!

The Internet may be a "wicked little liar," to use Russell Brand's words, a great deal of the time. But apparently not in this sad case. He's divorcing Katy Perry.

Just 24 hours after Russell was spotted sans wedding ring in London, with Katy 7,000 miles away with friends in Hawaii, the actor filed the papers this afternoon.

Brand personally confirmed the news, saying in a statement: "Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends."

Brand cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split in the official divorce documents, filed in Los Angeles Friday. The couple married October 23, 2010.

The documents list "community property assets," which may indicate a lack of prenup, or one that does not account for all their earnings and other assets.

The news is surprising and yet not, given recent reports that the couple had been having problems and spending time apart, possibly following a massive fight.

He does not list a date the couple separated, but TMZ reports that Russell Brand may have blindsided Katy Perry by filing the divorce petition. Stay tuned.

Jeter and Kelly split in August due to their demanding schedules, but since then the latter's remake of Charlie's Angels has been canceled, giving her ample time to go deep into the hole with the iconic shortstop... if you know what we mean!

Hollywood News: Lady Gaga's Indian sitarist

 Pop icon Lady Gaga may have enthralled everyone on her maiden visit to India, but it was the sound of the Indian sitar that impressed her the most. For her performance at the Formula One after-party, the singer asked Delhi sitarist, Fateh Ali to play with her.

"My name was suggested by Shubha Mudgalji to the organisers. I was informed about it just two days prior to the final performance," says Ali proudly. So, how did it feel to perform with a star of Gaga's fame? "She took a keen interest in Indian classical music. She called me for rehearsals a day before the performance and we had a great practice session. She even ensured that only we were in the rehearsal room so that we could concentrate better," he says.

Ali adds that Gaga was so intrigued by the sitar that she said she would love to play it herself one day. "She is a genuinely humble person. It was flattering that she announced my name on the stage just before our performance. She even noticed the crystals I've got pasted on my sitar and said she'd do the same to her instruments," he says.

For now, Ali is looking forward to collaborating with Gaga again. He says, "I gifted her my music CD and she's promised that whenever she is back she'll play with me."

The charming and attractive Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom turns into a fashion photographer for his gorgeous model wife Miranda Kerr. Orlando freshly shot Miranda Kerr topless picture for his innovative Rag Bone campaign, DIY (Do It Yourself).

We wonder why he had taken her wife’s naked pictures for this. Well, this innovative advert campaign features images of supermodels shot by the non-photographers in the midst of no specialized makeup, hairstyling, attires, and even Photoshop.

As a result Miranda was requested to create a DIY set of pictures, and so she selected no other than her beloved hubby Orlando Bloom to become the fashion photographer. Previously Orlando had as well uploaded Miranda’s pictures shot by him on the twitter.

In this picture, Miranda Kerr has chucked her top and is posing shy with nothing except her bottom jeans. Reportedly, Miranda was snapped in the days when the actor was shooting his film ‘The Hobbit’ in New Zealand, and at there Miranda had posed in a range of places counting in their hotel and on a seaside.
Other pictures in the set were snapped by Miranda’s fine buddy Lily Aldridge, throughout their stay in New York.

The die was cast in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries marriage during the prenup negotiations -- which were marked by bickering, pettiness, and even contempt ... sources connected with the former couple .

Our sources say ... the prenup was negotiated during the summer. Kim, Kris, and their lawyers had multiple meetings in various configurations. We're told both Kim and Kris were sniping at each other during the talks, each complaining -- sometimes bitterly -- about the way the other was treating them.

In the end, Kim pretty much got her way. Their assets stayed separate, Kris got a limited cut of the wedding money, and they lived happily ever after.

There have been some reports that Jennifer Aniston wants her fans to know that she is getting married and that she is pregnant. These are all vicious rumors. Jennifer told sources that her and her boyfriend Justin Theroux aren’t going to be having children anytime soon.

She also confirmed reports that she is NOT pregnant and this is another stupid rumor. If she looks less than perfect in recent pictures, the actress admitted that she has quit smoking and therefore has gained a few pounds. The actress also cleared up the other rumor and that is the fact that she has absolutely no plans to get married yet. She told sources it just doesn’t fit into her schedule right now. And it is hard to juggle her career against the rumors floating around about her now.

She told sources she was married once, referring to her marriage with Brad Pitt which ended in 2005. And she doesn’t know if she will ever get married again. She told other sources that she can’t tell the future but at the present moment marriage is out. In other words as of today she has got no plans to get married or get pregnant.

Lindsay Lohan is doing her community service with a new organization. On Thursday sources stated the American Red Cross in Los Angeles explained that Lindsay Lohan is in fact doing her community service with the group.

The sources were not sure on what date she started or what type of work she is doing.

Lindsay Lohan was doing her community service at a women’s shelter in downtown Los Angeles before going to the Red Cross to assist them. Sources say she is actually doing a little bit of everything. A spokesperson for the actress couldn’t say why she wasn’t with the first organization the court assigned her to.

Right now, Lindsay is trying to get through her community service no matter what she does and get back to her own way of living. It has been quiet in the life of Lindsay Lohan for a change. Not a lot of partying and so forth going on.

Her family is proud of her for doing what she is doing with the Red Cross and at the women’s shelter and they are hoping the judge will see that too. Perhaps her mind has changed or matured some and she will be a totally different Lindsay Lohan.

Simon Cowell’s X Factor Has Been Changed

Wednesday’s episode of the “X Factor” has been put off until the baseball rain delay is over. Simon Cowell’s competition in singing will now be seen this week on the second episode starting on Thursday and then on Sunday.

However, Wednesday was supposed to be the date of the starting of the judges home round and yet rain affected the American League Championship between the Texas Rangers and the Detroit Tigers in turn pushing it into the X Factor’s time area.

The X Factor will now air on Thursday from 8-10 pm and again on Sunday. Simon Cowell although calm doesn’t think this is a fair deal. However he wants his show to go on so the fact of the matter is, he is actually ok with the new time slots that they have put his show in.

Some of the judges aren’t happy either but what can be done? The baseball series has to be finished and there is no other time era when it can be finished up except during Simon Cowell’s X Factor slot.

Pop star Lady Gaga has seen off competition from Kate Moss and Beyonce to be crowned queen of the celebrity catwalk.

The 25-year-old 'Poker Face' hitmaker topped a survey to coincide with London Fashion Week for her bizarre range of stage outfits in a poll conducted by clothing brand Hot Tuna, reported Contactmusic.

Stylish supermodel Kate Moss came second in the poll, and newlywed royal Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, was in third.

The top five was rounded out by Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow, but singer-turned-fashionista Victoria Beckham was placed bottom of the list, behind Rihanna and model/actress Kelly Brook.
Prince Harry topped the men's list, with soccer ace David Beckham and Kasabian rocker Serge Pizzorno in second and third respectively. "Although clothes don't feature much in Lady Gaga's wardrobe, we're not surprised she came out top. And Prince Harry has proved he's fashion royalty over the past few months, although we're not sure his sister-in-law will be too impressed that he ranked above her," a representative of the clothing brand said.

Vienna Girardi is in this for the money.

The former winner of The Bachelor and fiancee of Jake Pavelka has ZERO qualms about admitting that her second stint on reality TV is financially motivated.

“I said no at first,” she told The Huffington Post about coming on Bachelor Pad, adding that she only agreed to be on the summer show on one condition.

“They told me Jake wouldn’t be,” she said. “They clued me in a few days before we started filming, but by that point I was all packed and ready to go.”

Jake was voted off the episode before last, but not before three weeks of fireworks between himself, Vienna and her current boyfriend, Kasey Kahl.

Vienna Girardi admits having Jake Pavelka around was “uncomfortable” but says she and Kasey had fun and are friends with many Bachelor Pad stars.

In fact, it Erica Rose that encouraged her nose job.

“It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while,” Girardi said of her new schnozz, adding that she talked about it with Rose while filming the show.

“A week later, I was in Texas” to have the job done.

Girardi debuted her new nose in August, but does not think that she will be going back under the knife anytime soon. “No, I’m done,” she said.

As for Girardi and Kahl, viewers still don’t know how far the power couple makes it in the game, but things are definitely moving fast for them.

The couple recently moved in together, but should the day come that Kahl gets down on bended knee, don’t expect to see the moment on ABC.

“I had said I didn’t want him to propose on the show,” she said when asked about a ridiculous scene showing Kahl giving her a promise ring.

Though we won’t see Girardi get engaged on TV for the second time, she and Kahl haven’t ruled out returning to reality TV. There's a shocker.

“We’ve talked about it,” she said regarding appearing on reality TV on a Vienna and Kasey show after Bachelor Pad. “We’re not against it.”

She may have competition there. Pavelka told Ryan Seacrest he’d consider appearing on The Bachelor a second time, "but not right away."

Rebel Wilson, one of the breakouts of Bridesmaids, is already cast in the project, which revolves around a goth-like and rebellious student (Kendrick), unhappy to be at a school at which her father is a professor, who discovers her voice and becomes the secret weapon for the school’s female a cappella group.

The modestly-budgeted pic is to being shooting this fall in New Orleans. Sources caution that Kendrick’s deal is still in the early stages.

The role could serve a nice 180 for Kendrick, who has made a name for herself playing self-assured Type A personalities. She was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in Up In the Air, played the high-achieving human best friend of Bella in the Twilight movies and was last seen as the goal-oriented sister of Scott Pilgrim in Scott Pilgrim vs the World.

The CAA-repped actress next appears with in 50/50 with Joseph Godron-Levitt and Seth Rogen.

Lindsay Lohan Inks Billy Joel Lyrics On Ribcage

Lindsay Lohan is going to “Extremes” again!

The headline-making actress recently paid homage to her New York roots by tattooing the lyrics to Billy Joel’s iconic song, “I Go To Extremes,” on her ribcage.

Lindsay chose the lyrics, “Clear as a crystal sharp as a knife/I feel like I’m in the prime of my life,” from the singer’s 1989 song.

According to TMZ, the star got her tattoo at Los Angeles tattoo shop Shamrock Tattoos sometime this week.

A TMZ source said the words from the fellow New Yorker are important to the actress.

“It represented where she is in life and everything she’s been through,” the source said. “It signifies that she’s focused.”

Lindsay is a longtime fan of the singer and fond of his lyrics.
