I love any photo of a puppy, but this one is extra cool because its showing one of my fave up and coming actress’s- Rachel Bilson toting what looks to be her brand new puppy!
Rachel was photographed in her parents neighborhood visiting a neighbors house and re-emerging with this little cutie! Rachel is a known dog lover. She already has two canine companions- not sure if she is adding a third or if it is a gift for someone..
