Six years after tabloids reported a supposed affair between Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar, the actors might be seen working together again.
The talented duo, who was stated to be dating each other after working together in films like ‘Andaaz’ and ‘Aitraaz’, had sworn not to share screen space again to avoid gossips. But if Khiladi Kumar has his way then he would very much like to romance the dainty lass again on the silver screen.
Speaking about Priyanka, Akshay said, “Priyanka is a very talented actor and we have delivered a number of hits together. The biggest of them were ‘Andaaz’ and ‘Aitraaz’.
Then we also did ‘Waqt’, which was both critically acclaimed and also a Box Office success. Let’s not dwell in the past. We are both professionals. When the right script comes along, I won’t have any qualms in working with her again.”
And now the industry sources state that Priyanka is open to the idea of working with Akshay. In fact, it has even emerged that Priyanka had sent feelers to Farah Khan to be cast opposite Akshay.
