Ashton Kutcher has been surpassed on the popular messaging site by Britney Spears.
Topping the “Punk’d” hunk in terms of followers, the “Gimme More” singer had 4,955,768 faithful while Kutcher had 4,944,221 followers as of Monday afternoon (May 24).
Excited over the accomplishment, Britney wrote, “WOW!!!!! #1 on Twitter. Thank you! Tweet me some questions this morning! xoxo –Brit.”
As for Ashton, he tells of losing his long-held top spot, “I don’t care.”
