. King Khan liked the film and Akki’s acting so much that he not only send congratulatory SMS to the actor but gifted him an expensive watch as a token of appreciation.
Akshay in turn thanked Shahrukh for appreciating him and liking his film. Their relationship turned more bitter when Farah Khan signed Akshay for her next film, ‘Tees Maar Khan’ and did not even approach SRK for the film.
Their friendship tale did not end here. Both even exchanged health tips over phone.
